Your tasks

• Analysis of tenders and project documents in the acquisition phase
• Independent and responsible calculation of construction projects (SAP)
• Preparation of offers, input documents such as technical reports, construction schedules, and execution concepts
• Preparation of cost estimates and lump sum offers as well as development of optimized execution variants
• Support of the team in execution as well as participation in supplementary offers

You bring with you

• Completed training as a construction foreman, master builder, or civil engineer
• Solid professional experience in the main construction trade, ideally in calculation in road, civil, and concrete infrastructure construction
• Confident handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and negotiation skills
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
