About the job
What you achieve
You keep an overview – even when things get hectic all around.
At the Emergency Centre, people, processes and different professional groups come together. To ensure everything runs reliably in the background, an administration is needed that is organised, forward-looking and close to the action.
- As a central interface, you connect administration, medicine, nursing and other internal areas and ensure professional administrative patient support.
- You lead the administration team of 12 employees, promote their development and ensure a strong sense of togetherness.
- You have administrative processes under control, identify optimisation potential and further develop structures and digital processes.
- Even with a high patient volume, you set the right priorities and ensure smooth operations.
- You skilfully combine your leadership role with operational work in everyday life.
- You manage resources, keep an eye on your budget and quality, and derive concrete measures from this.
- Together with the interprofessional management team, you actively shape the future of the Emergency Centre.
What distinguishes you
- You bring leadership experience as well as joy in promoting and further developing employees.
- You have a commercial or medical basic education and professional experience in a hospital environment – ideally in a comparable role.
- You have already completed leadership training in healthcare or are willing to undertake further training accordingly.
- You work in a structured and independent manner, think ahead and act solution-oriented.
- Clarity, appreciation and joy in interprofessional collaboration characterise you.
- You think entrepreneurially and digitally, question the status quo and actively shape change.
- You are willing to work in shift service (late shifts, weekend shifts, without night shifts).
- At least 26 days of holiday
- Option to buy additional holiday
- Loyalty bonus: free days in the 5th and 7th year of employment, every 5 years from the 10th year of employment
- For night shifts, a time credit of 30% (optional)
- Measures to strengthen health
