Degree in business informatics, IT, or a related field is required.

Experience in IT Service Management or a related role is preferred.

THIS IS WHAT YOU DO

You take responsibility for the operation and further development of IT services or build new services
You plan and control service costs, including budgeting, forecasting, internal charging (service-to-service), and controlling
You take care of license management (orders, renewals, compliance), act as the link to our partners, and ensure cost transparency
You create and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for internal and external customers and ensure their compliance
You work closely with internal departments, external partners, and the IT organization, bringing together requirements, developments, and changes in a structured way
Together with the Product Manager, you maintain a strategy and roadmap for the further development of your IT service

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING

Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Business Administration (FH/HF/FA) or a comparable qualification
Experience in IT Service Management, Application Management, or a comparable role
Interest and/or experience in financial management (budget responsibility, cost management, charging models)
Experience in creating and managing SLAs is a plus
ITIL Foundation certification or willingness to obtain it
An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as high initiative
Ownership is not just a term for you, but an attitude you live daily
Strong communication skills in German (spoken and written) and enjoyment in exchanging with various stakeholders
