As a member of the management team and reporting directly to the General Manager, you define the strategy and ensure reliable and efficient services to our clients in the areas of construction workshops, maintenance of installations and equipment, automation systems and software, equipment control and inspection, and engineering and CAD services.
In this capacity, you lead highly qualified teams composed of more than 200 employees, spread across twenty different sectors.
Define the strategy and guarantee excellence by ensuring the maintenance and continuous improvement of the following services:
Construction and manufacturing workshops
Maintenance of installations and equipment, including decentralised maintenance
Automation systems and software
Control and inspections
Engineering and CAD
Site infrastructure
Jointly with clients, define the maintenance strategy to optimise availability and competitiveness
As a member of the Management, participate in defining and implementing the company’s strategy and culture
Embody and promote a strong culture of continuous improvement and performance measurement, with ambitious and motivating objectives
Prospect and develop third-party markets to enable company growth and optimise fixed costs
Manage internal and external stakeholders: internal services, clients, authorities, board of directors
Supervise, motivate and develop a very diverse and highly qualified team
Embody and promote a strong culture of accident prevention, proactive management of technical risks and sustainable performance
Member of the "ORGRA Direction" crisis unit of CIMO
A Master’s degree in engineering (EPF/HES) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or equivalent training
At least 10 years of experience in managing highly technical services, maintenance, engineering or industrial equipment construction
Proven and recognised successful management experience in a comparable organisation
Excellent operational and budget management skills: ability to allocate resources efficiently and control costs
Proven experience in deploying continuous improvement strategies and initiatives
Mastery of EHS issues and ability to foster a culture of prevention and regulatory compliance
An entrepreneurial spirit, pragmatic and results-oriented, with good skills to unite your collaborators and develop your teams’ potential
A constant ability to propose ideas, good synthesis skills and decision-making ability
Very good communication and interpersonal skills with our various stakeholders
Good knowledge of English (German would be a plus)
