Your tasks

• Process entries and exits of employers, self-employed and non-employed persons

• Check and record changes in ownership and legal forms

• Process mutations and changes of compensation funds
• Check and process income adjustments
• Check and process salary certificates, tax notifications and employer controls
• Invoice personal contributions including default interest
• Record and send reminders and fines
• Participate in the annual audit
• Clarify international issues regarding compulsory insurance
• Advise and support customers orally and in writing, especially in French
• Maintain contact with customers, insurance companies, authorities and partners

Your profile

• Commercial or equivalent education
• Professional experience in social insurance advantageous
• Bilingual in French and German and/or good knowledge of Italian
• Strong organisational skills, foresight and goal orientation, so you keep an overview even with a high workload
• Open and constructive communication in exchange with customers, partners and the team as well as high social competence
• Strong customer orientation and a high service understanding, combined with joy in competent advice
