You can contribute in this way
- Monitor and control the automatic air situation display as the responsible quality assurance body for flight paths
- Assess ongoing operations, analyse disruptions and develop the basis for optimising the systems
- Control and configure the radars to ensure optimal radar coverage and take measures to improve the air situation
- Ensure task fulfilment in the team during 24/7 shift operations, 365 days a year, and partly in underground facilities of the Air Force
- Support local specialists and the troops as the technical responsible person and assist in the evaluation of systems and in project organisations
What makes you unique
- Completed technical or electronic training and several years of professional experience
- Further training in a technical field is desirable
- Strategic thinking and independent and responsible action
- Active knowledge of a second official language and good English skills
- Confident and independent handling of digital tools and applications (MS Office, SAP); competent handling of digital information and communication forms as well as a strong awareness of data protection, information security and the secure use of digital technologies
- Fit for service and liable for service and ready for periodic military duties with the Air Force throughout the duration of employment

The Operations Command (Kdo Op) is responsible for all military operations and missions of the Swiss Army. The Kdo Op includes, among others, the Air Force, the Army, the four territorial divisions, the SWISSINT competence centre, the Special Forces Command and the Military Police.
