We are looking for you for patient administration at the Klinik Schlosstal location in Winterthur
Intern HMS 100%
These are your tasks
- Assisting with the administrative admission and case management of patients
- Checking and maintaining patient, insurance and case data
- Supporting cost approvals and other administrative clarifications
- Regular reception duties with personal and telephone contact with patients, relatives and visitors
- Collaboration with internal specialist departments, insurance companies and other external bodies
What you bring with you
- Attendance at a commercial college (HMS) with vocational baccalaureate
- Interest in health, psychology and administration topics
- You are reliable, communicative, service-oriented and enjoy working in a team
- Good German and MS Office skills
- Openness to learning new things and taking on responsibility
