For a regionally anchored company, we are looking for temporary support as "HR Generalist 70-80%". You can expect a well-coordinated HR team with clearly distributed areas of responsibility. The collaboration is collegial and the induction is ensured. The start is immediate or by arrangement for an assignment of around six months. The workplace is centrally located in Langenthal and is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You process payroll including social insurances on a four-eyes principle
• You support ongoing personnel administration with entries, exits and changes
• You assist with advisory matters and prepare employee discussions before and after
• In day-to-day business, you contribute your payroll experience and specifically relieve the existing HR team

You offer your new employer:

• You bring solid experience in payroll as well as good knowledge of Swiss social insurances for this role
• An HR qualification or comparable further training complements your practical professional experience
• Knowledge of Abacus facilitates your start and is advantageous for this function
• You communicate confidently and clearly in German with employees and internal contacts
• An independent, reliable working style is combined with enjoyment of collaboration in a small team
