For our People Operations team, we are looking for a
People Operation Specialist - HR Administration
Your Tasks
- Central contact person for employees regarding operational HR questions and support with administrative matters along the employee lifecycle
- Independent handling of personnel administration from entry to exit as well as maintenance of relevant HR data
- Close collaboration with the entire People & Culture team to ensure professional service
- Participation in process optimisation and support in the further development of daily business procedures
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training as well as initial professional experience in human resources management, ideally one to two years
- Enjoyment in contact with different stakeholders as well as a strong service orientation
- Structured, reliable, and careful working style with a high awareness of quality
- Interest in the continuous improvement of processes as well as openness to new ideas and ways of working
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
