Team Leader Service Product Line Wire Saw (m/f/d) 100%

PW WaferTec GmbH supports manufacturers in a variety of industries where wafer cutting, precision grinding, lapping, polishing, deburring, and processing equipment for advanced materials are frequently used. They all require high-quality, highly precise, stable, and mature machines to produce high-quality workpieces. With our global network of over 1000 highly qualified employees at ten production sites and several service branches, we are always close to our customers. To further expand our service business, we are looking for a committed leader with technical understanding, strong customer orientation, and enthusiasm for international collaboration.

Your tasks with us

• Disciplinary leadership and development of the 6-member Order Fulfillment, Incident and Field Service team
• Prioritisation and coordination of daily business as well as ensuring smooth processes
• First point of contact and escalation instance for customer enquiries, complaints, and urgent service cases
• Technical matrix coordination with the aftermarket, tech support, and service teams of the parent company in Rendsburg
• Active sales of service products and expansion of the service business in the Swiss region
• Support of worldwide service key accounts as well as cross- and upselling of service contracts
• Development of new service offers and concepts together with the Director Service & Aftermarket
• Operational support in daily business (approx. 20-30%)

Our requirements

Completed technical basic trainingExperience in the service business, especially in order processingGood SAP knowledge in the SD and CS modules, ideally S/4HANAVery good English skills; French skills are an advantageStrong customer and service orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinkingOrganisational strength, assertiveness, and enjoyment of international collaborationInitial disciplinary leadership experience is an advantage
