We develop individual e-learnings for our clients on a contract basis, create standard courses, and provide high-quality e-learnings from international partner companies.

Your area of responsibility

You have the talent to understand the learning needs of our clients and translate them into effective e-learnings. Your primary tasks include:

• Concept & Consulting: You develop suitable training concepts and exciting learning content based on our clients’ requirements or the product range strategy, either on behalf of clients or for standard courses
• Course Development: You create didactically sound, attractively designed e-learnings using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Articulate Rise
• Multimedia Design: You apply various methods, design tools, and styles purposefully and produce or edit screencasts, learning videos, and graphics as needed
• Coordination: You coordinate contributions from suppliers – for example, for voiceovers or graphics – and align production steps with all parties involved
• Project Implementation & Quality: You plan your work, keep track of deadlines and resources, and ensure careful, technically flawless implementation of the learning products

What you bring to our team

• Training or further education in didactics, media technology, web, graphic/design, communication, or a comparable field
• Experience in the conception and creation of didactically sound learning content; experience in education or adult education is an advantage
• Familiarity with modern IT technologies and web applications as well as enthusiasm for using various digital tools
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools, ideally Articulate Rise or Articulate Storyline
• A good sense for the visual and acoustic impact of learning content and enjoyment in multimedia design
• Fluent German and good English skills to read and understand English-language content
• A quick grasp, interconnected thinking, strong organisational and prioritisation skills, as well as a precise, independent working style
• Clear, appreciative communication, customer orientation, and enjoyment of teamwork
