• Responsibility for your own station in Restaurant Memories
• Careful preparation of the mise en place for a precise service flow
• Preparation of high-quality dishes according to the culinary concept guidelines
• Ensuring consistently high quality, exact presentation, and careful processing of products
• Close collaboration with the kitchen team during preparation and service
• Control of products, stock levels, and orders in your own area
• Compliance with internal hygiene, quality, and safety standards
• Support for commis, demi chefs de partie, and apprentices in daily work

• Completed training as a chef EFZ or comparable qualification
• Experience in upscale gastronomy or a comparable kitchen
• Good product knowledge as well as precise, clean, and quality-conscious working methods
• Structured, resilient, and reliable personality
• Enjoyment of a kitchen characterised by precision, craftsmanship, and high product quality
• Collegial attitude and willingness to actively contribute to a professional kitchen team
• Good German or English skills
• Motivation to develop further in a demanding culinary environment
