Your tasks:
* Independent handling of approved loan applications
* Preparation of all necessary loan and security documents
* Recording and managing mortgages and securities (e.g. land charges, policies, guarantees)
* Preparation of payment commitments and timely execution of payments
* Ensuring all conditions for the release of mortgages and payments
* Independent monitoring and correct scheduling of transactions
* Correspondence with land registry offices, notaries, banks and insurance companies
* Careful and conscientious handling of potential risks

Our offices are located directly at Zürich-Altstetten station. Together, we process mortgage products across teams for the whole of Switzerland.

Your Knowledge and Experience

* Interest in mortgage processing and/or the Swiss land registry system as well as willingness to familiarise yourself with these topics
* Enjoy working independently, precisely and efficiently with a high quality standard
* Responsible conduct and professional appearance
* Strong helpfulness and enjoyment in achieving goals as a team
* Communication skills and openness to feedback and new things
* Resilience and ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations
* Motivation to make a difference in the organisation and actively contribute
* Very good German skills; additional national languages and English are an advantage
