Your Tasks
Due to retirement, we are looking for a job partner to complement the long-standing co-principal starting May 15, 2026. As co-principal, you will be supported by the care management and a professional school secretariat. Together with your experienced job partner, you will focus on the following main tasks: - pedagogical, personnel, financial, and administrative management of the school and the therapeutic offerings - pedagogical development of the school and its positioning in a rapidly changing social and educational environment - development and assurance of quality standards in curative educational, therapeutic, and operational areas - collaboration within the school management team, in internal school or city working groups and projects, as well as with specialist offices and representing the school externally - cooperation with parents and the parents' council as well as participation in school location discussions (SSG)Your Profile
- Teacher and school management with additional training in the field of curative education - Practical and ideally leadership experience in special education and therapy - Motivation to further develop support services for children and adolescents considering financial perspectives - Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration, and skills to think and plan conceptually - Communication skills, fluent German, and proven presentation competenceWhat We Offer
