Sales Management Bakery & Café (m/f 100%)

Are you looking for an exciting managerial position as Sales Manager? Our client is a traditional and innovative bakery-confectionery-patisserie with cafés (150 employees) at 11 locations in the Baden / Brugg and Limmattal area. You will be enthusiastic about the business, the locations, and the quality of the products.

Your tasks:

• Operational management and further development of sales and gastronomy
• Leadership, planning and motivation of the sales team
• Ensuring high service quality and guest satisfaction
• Active participation at the front – you are a host/hostess with passion
• Training of new employees
• Execution of various administrative and planning tasks (e.g. work schedules, time accounting, holiday planning, annual product plan etc.)
• Planning and organising sales activities and events
• Conducting regular employee training sessions and location appraisal discussions
• Maintaining the appearance of all sales outlets according to internal guidelines
• Feedback management

Your profile:

• Completed training in sales or gastronomy and preferably professional experience in the bakery sector
• Business management further education at a higher technical school, hotel management school or similar is an advantage
• You are a sales personality with passion and enjoy working at the "front"
• High self-motivation, enthusiasm and joy in customer contact
• Enjoyment of our products
• Commitment, willingness to perform, flexibility and high resilience
• Excellent leadership qualities and experience in staff management
• High social competence as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Numerical understanding
• Very good German skills, good IT skills (Office)
• Organisational talent and sense of order
