Career and Vocational Counsellor (m/f/d)
from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement- individual counselling of young people (including school office hours, class and parent events)
- career counselling for adults
- short consultations at the BIZ
- maintaining contacts with schools, educational institutions, and businesses in the region
- participation in projects and cantonal specialist teams
- university degree and completed training in career, study, and vocational counselling or willingness to complete the MAS in Career, Study, and Vocational Counselling
- preferably several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- proactive, independent, and versatile personality
- committed dedication to the concerns of career and vocational counselling
- resilience, high reflection and communication skills
- willingness to change in order to master even demanding situations
- efficient and organised handling of administrative tasks
- varied and exciting tasks in a motivated team
