Your profile

• Bachelor HES-SO in Nursing or equivalent, or a foreign diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
• Professional experience: at least 2 years full-time (equivalent to 100% working rate in Switzerland) in a specialised psychiatric institution
• Professional experience in Switzerland: at least 1 year of practice under equivalent conditions
• Listening skills and ability to provide support
• Ability to be proactive and to position oneself as a partner in network work
• Ability to adapt to change, work autonomously, and manage complex situations and acute crises
• Driving licence essential

Your future tasks

• Provide care and appropriate support to people of all ages, in various contexts, in collaboration with their relatives
• Actively participate in a multidisciplinary manner in the organisation and follow-up of the care project defined with the client
