Your Tasks
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the personnel controlling team
- Preparation and coordination of monthly and annual financial statements as well as external reporting obligations in healthcare (e.g. certificates, reports, hospital statistics)
- Preparation of internal personnel planning for all companies in the East and West regions
- Further development and optimisation of controlling instruments and key figure systems
- Analysis and management of personnel costs as well as preparation of forecasts and reports
- Support of management and leadership in strategic decisions
- Ensuring transparent and efficient reporting
- Participation in cross-departmental projects in the personnel management environment
Your Profile
- Degree in business administration, controlling, personnel management or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in personnel controlling, ideally in healthcare
- Initial leadership experience an advantage
- Very good analytical skills and affinity for numbers
- Confident handling of common controlling tools and MS Excel
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
