Our client is an established IT service provider that develops and operates modern cloud, on-premise, and hybrid solutions for business customers. We are looking for an experienced professional in the field of system engineering who will take on technical customer support as well as complex infrastructure projects and support 3rd-level support. - Support and continuous development of existing customer systems
- Active participation in diverse IT projects across various industries
- Execution of planned maintenance to ensure system stability
- Analysis of complex system issues in 3rd-level support
- Several years of professional experience in modern IT system engineering required
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server
- Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving abilities required
- High level of personal responsibility and independent working style are essential
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Lived team culture in a helpful and agile environment
- Individual training is specifically promoted and actively supported
- Employees actively shape and further develop processes and structures
Responsibilities

Profile
- Completed IT training EFZ or comparable professional experience- Several years of professional experience in modern IT system engineering required

- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
