We are looking for an independent and service-oriented personality in Zuchwil/SO by arrangement.Receptionist Loge/Administration (plus Holiday & Sick Leave Cover)
What you can achieve with us.
In this versatile role, you will take on the following tasks:
- Operating the porter lodge on the site (Riverside) in Zuchwil
- Friendly and competent reception of customers, suppliers, etc.
- Receiving and reliably forwarding incoming telephone calls
- Creating and scheduling work tickets using the Planon system (CFM tool)
- Providing information and advice
- General administrative tasks
- Holiday and sick leave cover (100% workload)
- Supporting the supervisor
- Working days: Monday & Tuesday
What defines you.
You are a service provider by conviction. Positive feedback motivates you and drives you to further top performances. You bring the following qualifications:
- Commercial training or hotel management school with commercial further education
- Several years of experience in front-line customer/supplier interaction
- Confident and well-groomed appearance with appropriate manners
- Very good MS Office skills (digital work environment)
- Language skills: German (fluent), English and French (good to very good)
