Nurse Specialist for the IMC Neonatology 40-100%

Your Tasks
- You care for and support 2 to 3 premature infants from the 28th week of pregnancy as well as sick newborns.
- Together with the families, you create individual and family-centred care.
- You actively contribute your expertise during the initial care of newborns in the delivery ward and during transports and continuously develop it further.
- You work according to current evidence-based findings and actively contribute to the development of care quality.
- Interprofessional collaboration with doctors and other specialists on equal terms is natural for you.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nurse specialist HF/FH or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in neonatology or paediatrics is an advantage.
- Ideally, you have an NDK Neonatology or are willing to complete it.
- Enjoyment of demanding care, interprofessional collaboration, and continuous development.
