In this role, you will join a close-knit team of 7 people where autonomy, mutual support and professionalism are part of everyday life. This position offers a wide variety of interventions, between preventive maintenance, technical troubleshooting and commissioning of heating systems. You will work in a stimulating environment, with a good balance between complex technical interventions and organised fieldwork, in direct contact with customers.

Heat Pump After-Sales Service Technician 100%

Mission:

• Ensure the commissioning and functional testing of heating installations for B2C customers
• Carry out maintenance, troubleshooting and technical follow-up of heat pump heating systems
• Diagnose faults and intervene on issues related to refrigeration, electricity and hydraulics
• Manage your equipment and tools, place necessary orders and ensure their follow-up
• Participate in the on-call service according to a regular rota
• Advise customers on the use of their installation and explain the repairs carried out
• Promote maintenance contracts and contribute to customer loyalty
• Write intervention reports and commissioning minutes
• Guarantee a professional, reliable and quality customer service

Profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as a refrigeration technician, electrical installer or equivalent training
• 2 to 3 years experience in heat pump after-sales service
• Good knowledge of heating systems, refrigeration, electricity and hydraulics
• Comfortable with IT tools and business applications
• Organisational skills, autonomy and sense of responsibility
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Driving licence essential
• Licences for handling refrigerant and flammable fluids are an advantage
• Fluent French; knowledge of German and/or English is appreciated
