Your Mission
People & Culture Business Partners perform specialised HR work with a focus on business consulting and act as sparring partners. They work closely with other Business Partners as well as the People & Culture Centre of Expertise.
* Advising and supporting managers on personnel-related issues as well as consulting on standardised HR processes and policies
* Supporting the implementation of Beyond Gravity’s annual people processes
* Planning and executing recruitments
* Supporting change processes in the business, e.g. organisational changes and workforce initiatives
* Implementing and communicating People & Culture programmes
* Collaborating with the business and colleagues from Talent Management and Recruiting on talent initiatives
* Supporting job evaluation and compensation decisions for recruiting, promotions, and allowances, taking into account equal pay principles
* Conducting local salary and equal pay reviews
* Participating in initiatives to improve the employee experience
* Supporting activities that strengthen community and belonging
* Promoting the principles of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Your Profile
* Completed advanced professional training in Human Resources, e.g. HR specialist with a federal diploma, CAS/MAS HRM or comparable further education
* Several years of professional experience in the HR environment
* Very good German and English skills
* Good knowledge of Swiss labour and social security law
* Healthy assertiveness and confident communication at all levels
* Networked, pragmatic, and business-oriented thinking and acting
* Empathetic, team-oriented, helpful, and authentic personality with a positive attitude
Advantageous:
* Experience with SuccessFactors
