Export Clerk (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Preparation of customs and export documents
Coordination of shipping, transport, and logistics
Invoicing
Supplier contact
Maintenance and control of master data in the ERP system
Suggestions for process improvements in own area and ensuring their compliance
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or technical basic training with further education as an export clerk, foreign trade specialist with federal diploma or in training
Several years of practical experience in export processing in a manufacturing company
You enjoy communication and can communicate well with our suppliers by phone and email in German and English
