Responsibilities
- Co-responsibility for the personnel, professional and organizational management of a residential area
- Needs-, resource- and competence-oriented deployment and personnel planning of the subordinate employees
- Accurate management of electronic nursing documentation as well as performance recording
- Responsibility for competent nursing and care of the residents as well as active promotion and further development of nursing and care quality
- Professional and practical support of employees in job-specific questions
- Active participation in nursing and care as well as co-responsibility in the training of apprentices and students
Requirements Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist HF or equivalent HF-recognized
- Good leadership, social and professional skills as well as pronounced communication skills
- Motivation and potential for entry into a leadership position
- Good computer skills, especially in handling electronic nursing documentation
