Main Tasks

• Direct contact person for customers regarding complaints, technical questions, grievances, feedback discussions, and more
• Owner of customer claims and inquiries end-to-end
• Provides 1st-level support for customers
• Organises professional support
• Keeps the customer informed
• Ensures customer satisfaction
• Works closely with other departments to ensure problem resolution
• Initiates proactive improvements for customers (e.g., planogram adjustments, preventive maintenance, etc.)
• Coordinates machine installations with the customer and other involved departments

Education

• Experience in remote client support or a comparable service function
• Preferably high technical understanding (machine knowledge, system knowledge)

Profile

• High communication skills to de-escalate situations if necessary
• Multitasking abilities
• Fluent in the national languages (DE & FR)
• Quick comprehension
• Open-minded
• High service orientation: customer satisfaction as the top priority
• Strong product and service understanding of Selecta
