About the job

What you will be doing here exactly:

• Developing and implementing the product strategy for our insurance products
• Analysing market, customer and competitor trends to identify new potentials
• Managing product development in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Being responsible for the product roadmap as well as the entire product lifecycle – from launch to optimisation
• Ensuring profitability through KPI monitoring and active management of insurance revenue

How to get along well with us:

• Several years of experience (approx. 3–5 years) in product management, preferably in the insurance sector
• Strong strategic thinking skills as well as strong business acumen
• Sound knowledge in digital product and process development
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams
• Completed relevant education or training as well as strong analytical skills
• Very good German and English skills with confident presence in conversations and negotiations
