About the job
Enerdrape has validated its technology in the field. We are now looking for the person who will make it a commercial success in Switzerland.
About Enerdrape
Enerdrape is a cleantech company that develops and markets the first modular technology allowing buildings and infrastructures to harness shallow geothermal energy without drilling. Our solution can be installed on a wide variety of underground surfaces, including car parks, basements, tunnels and other buried infrastructures, thus transforming existing spaces into renewable energy sources for heating, cooling and domestic hot water production. Enerdrape is changing the way buildings, infrastructures and cities can access geothermal energy and valorise waste heat.
Your mission
After validating its technology on several projects in Switzerland and internationally, Enerdrape is now entering a phase of commercial acceleration. Your mission: to structure and develop the Swiss market based on our initial references and existing network.
You will be responsible for developing Enerdrape’s commercial pipeline in Switzerland, converting opportunities into projects and creating lasting relationships with our clients and partners in the building, energy and infrastructure sectors. In close collaboration with the sales management and technical teams, you will identify high-potential opportunities, understand client needs, develop compelling commercial proposals and support prospects from first contact to contract signing. In the first 12 to 18 months, your success will be measured by your ability to build a solid commercial pipeline, convert strategic opportunities and establish Enerdrape as a recognised player among key decision-makers in the building and energy sectors in Switzerland.
Main responsibilities
Commercial strategy and go-to-market: implement Enerdrape’s commercial strategy in Switzerland, evolve positioning and sales processes, with the possibility to contribute to other markets as the company grows.
Prospecting and pipeline: build and manage a strong pipeline by targeting projects where Enerdrape technology has the highest technical and economic relevance, with real estate funds, developers, engineering firms, architects, energy providers and public authorities.
Full sales cycle: manage each opportunity from qualification to signing (offer, negotiation, contract), working closely with technical teams to propose technically robust and commercially attractive solutions.
Partnerships, visibility and monitoring: develop strategic partnerships that accelerate technology adoption, represent Enerdrape at conferences, trade fairs and professional events, and monitor market, competition and regulatory developments.
Your profile
We are looking for a commercially driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong curiosity for technology and the ability to work autonomously.
Required profile:
Fluent French is essential. A good level of German is a significant advantage given the ambition to develop across the entire Swiss market.
Proven experience in sales, business development, key account management or an equivalent commercial role.
At least 5 years’ experience in the energy, building, real estate, HVAC, geothermal, construction, infrastructure or cleantech sectors in Switzerland.
Ability to develop lasting client relationships and manage the entire sales cycle.
Ability to understand and clearly communicate the value of an innovative technological solution.
Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, perseverance and strong results orientation.
Availability for regular travel within Switzerland.
What we offer
Joining Enerdrape means directly participating in the commercialisation of an innovative energy technology at a key moment in the company’s development. The position offers significant autonomy, close involvement in strategic decisions and direct collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, with the aim of making a meaningful contribution to the decarbonisation of building heating and cooling. We offer an attractive remuneration package, consisting of a competitive fixed salary complemented by a variable component linked to commercial performance and achievement of objectives.
