About the job
The service center "Frontend Services" consists of the areas "IT Service Desk" and "IT Client Management" and, with its 15 employees and 2 interns, forms the basis for professional end-user support and is perceived as the first point of contact as the face of IT.
Your tasks
Main activities: Strategic contract & license management (approx. 70%)
- Lifecycle management: You are responsible for IT asset management (SAM) in ServiceNow and optimize the entire lifecycle of our software resources.
- Vendor management: You are the main contact person for partners such as Microsoft and Adobe and conduct/accompany contract negotiations.
- Financial controlling: You actively participate in IT project controlling and ensure data quality for license balances.
Other activities: IT governance & knowledge lead (approx. 30%)
- Information design: You lead knowledge management in ServiceNow and ensure that IT knowledge is structured, up-to-date, and accessible to all stakeholders.
- Quality assurance: You define standards for knowledge articles and enable the team through coaching to understand documentation as part of service success.
Your profile
- Professional background: Experience in IT procurement, contract management, or software asset management (SAM).
- Tool affinity: Confident handling of ITSM systems (ideally ServiceNow).
- Communication skills: You negotiate confidently in German and English and can clearly "translate" complex contract structures.
- Analytical focus: A structured way of working and enjoyment in bringing order to data and knowledge.
