For a client of ours, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed HR professional.

These are your tasks:

• You are the contact person for employees and managers on HR and labour law questions
• You support HR projects, process optimisations and digitalisation
• You coordinate recruitments as well as entries and exits
• You ensure clean HR administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• You deputise for the HR management
• You take care of HR reports and evaluations
• You coordinate the interfaces to payroll (external) and provide support
• You contribute to the further development of internal HR processes

What we expect from you

• You have HR training, ideally as an HR specialist, and bring corresponding several years of professional experience
• You work precisely, structured and independently and enjoy driving things forward
• You are familiar with Swiss labour law
• You are confident in German and ideally have good French skills
• You are an honest, innovative personality with a strong sense of responsibility
