The Höfe district, comprising the municipalities of Freienbach, Wollerau and Feusisberg, has around 30,000 inhabitants and is one of the most attractive regions on Lake Zurich.
For the Notary and Land Registry Office Höfe in Freienbach, we are looking for a committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement as
Clerk Land Register, 70-100 %
initially limited to 3 years
As part of the land register regularisation, you will support the transfer of the cantonal land register to the federal land register. You will work in an exciting environment at the interface of administration, real estate and law.
Your tasks:
- Independent processing of land register data and documents within the framework of land register regularisation
- Preparation of land register applications, orders and other legal documents
- Recording entries in the land register software Terris
- Obtaining and processing of mortgage deeds
- Correspondence with landowners, banks, authorities and other parties involved
- Maintaining business and pending matters control
What you bring:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Enjoyment of precise, structured and independent clerical work
- Confident handling of various stakeholders
- Experience in public administration, banking, real estate, a notary's office or a comparable function is an advantage
- Affinity for digital work processes
