Working Student: CRM 60%–80% Fixed-Term

To support our CRM team, we are looking for a committed working student for 12 months with a focus on our loyalty programme Dosenbach Plus (D+).

You will actively participate in the coordination, implementation, and analysis of CRM campaigns and help to engage our customers with relevant and personalised content, inspiring long-term loyalty to Dosenbach.

Your responsibilities:

• You support the CRM manager in daily business, take on administrative and operational tasks, and contribute to cross-departmental projects related to D+
• You accompany new D+ processes from the testing phase to successful rollout in stores and the online shop
• You implement email automation campaigns according to defined specifications, evaluate relevant key figures, and make adjustments for ongoing optimisation
• You work closely with the departments of marketing, e-commerce, sales, and other interfaces

Our requirements:

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, have already completed it, or have a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have some professional experience in the retail environment and are interested in customer-oriented marketing measures, personalised customer communication, and building long-term customer relationships
• You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• You think analytically and holistically and work in a structured, independent, and precise manner
• You enjoy working in a team, are proactive, learn quickly, and communicate openly and clearly
