Short & brief

• Passion for luxury hospitality and the ambition to deliver top performance in all areas
• Completed training/studies in hospitality or equivalent qualification
• Initial experience in 5-star hospitality
• Enjoyment in dealing with guests
• Complete discretion
• Organised and careful working style
• Reliability, sense of responsibility
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, authentic, and professional demeanour
• Very good English skills as the company language
• Additional German and/or French skills are highly desirable; any other language is a clear advantage
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, demanding environment

Main tasks

• Ensuring exceptional service and embodying our values: authenticity, precision, and attention to detail
• Contributing to a passionate and committed team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests
• Responsibility for smooth operations in your area and adherence to the highest quality standards
• Warm and professional reception of our guests
• Handling all common reception tasks such as check-in/out with PMS Protel
• Rooming of all arriving guests
• Compliance with hotel-specific standards and quality management
• Supporting the reservations department
• Guest care
• Operating the telephone switchboard
• Handling any guest complaints
• General administrative tasks
