About the job

• you lead a team of 10 employees in patient administration and reception, promoting and further developing them
• you drive the continuous optimisation of processes and accompany digitalisation projects in your area
• you are responsible together with your team for a professional, efficient and patient-oriented process from admission to billing
• you ensure that reception and patient admission as the first points of contact of our hospital impress with friendliness, competence and high service quality
• you work closely with medical, nursing and administrative departments, think across departments and clarify interfaces
• you are responsible for the correct billing of our services as well as the professional exchange with health insurance companies; you will get to know the industry-specific billing systems with us
• you coordinate the training of our apprentices in patient administration

• you have already successfully led a team and know how to promote and motivate employees
• you have experience in leading projects and have actively developed processes rather than just managing them
• you convince with your communicative manner and in exchange with different stakeholders
• you think solution-oriented, set priorities and keep an overview even in hectic moments
• you have preferably already gained experience in the Swiss healthcare system, with a health insurance company or in a related industry and you have a commercial basic education or comparable qualification as well as knowledge of the processes in patient administration (admission, cost approval, billing)
