Senior Business Analyst / Customer & Contract Management /BPA/ 100%/ZH
Project Focus: We are looking for two experienced Senior Business Analysts (m/f/d) for the analysis and further development of master data, business processes and IT systems. The focus is on optimising existing structures and developing sustainable solutions in customer and contract management. Start 01.11.2026 at 100% for 12 months in Zurich.

Tasks:

• Analysis and structuring of business and technical requirements
• Translation of strategic objectives into features and actionable work packages
• Definition of acceptance criteria and support in conceptual development
• Analysis of data sources as well as development of KPIs and data models
• Creation and further development of dashboards and reports
• Coordination with various stakeholders and teams
• Participation in agile planning and prioritisation processes
  
  Requirements:
• At least 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex projects, ideally in the banking environment
• Experience with master data management, business processes as well as customer and contract management
• Experience in analysing process and system landscapes as well as developing target images and target processes
• Ability to consolidate requirements and identify optimisation and automation potentials
• Experience with solution evaluations, business cases and effort estimations
• Knowledge of BPMN and understanding of data structures and IT systems
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills and experience in workshop moderation
• Good Excel and PowerPoint skills; Jira and Confluence are an advantage

• German: Business fluent C2
  English: Business fluent B2
