About the job
Your Tasks
Delight regular customers: In the highly varied role as a field service employee, you are responsible for the professional care of our regular customers and build long-term relationships.
Provide technical advice: You support our customers through site consultations including substrate testing, setup and product recommendations, becoming a valued sparring partner.
Shape the market: You use your instinct for potential, actively acquire new customers and continue to expand our market share in your area.
Organise independently: You plan your tours and working days independently – flexibly from the home office or from our location in Oensingen.
Live service: Express order with a special colour shade? You coordinate with our internal sales team and easily find the right solution, supporting your customer on site.
What You Bring
Experience: You have completed training as a painter or similar (further training an advantage). Ideally, you already have sales experience in technical B2B sales of paints and building materials.
Sales talent with a can-do attitude: You convince with expertise in coating materials and their practical application. You have a neat appearance, approach new people openly, work in a structured and independent manner, and speak Swiss German. You hold a category B driving licence and are confident in using digital work tools.
Why You Will Be Successful With Us
An area that is already running: You take over an established customer base with fixed sales and high expansion potential. You do not start from scratch but build on it.
Real added value: You do not represent a rigid manufacturer range but the right solution, and that at an unbeatable price-performance ratio.
Strong logistics backing: Orders placed by 3:00 pm are in the customer’s workshop the next morning. Our own night express is not an additional service at extra cost but standard for all regular customers in your area.
Short decision-making paths: If a customer needs something, we decide on the same day. If an item is missing, we check its inclusion in our range. Your proximity to the customer is the basis for our decisions.
Onboarding: Intensive 1:1 training in the first 3 months and long-term training so that you know our range and feel confident in sales.
What We Offer You
Freedom & flexibility: A lot of personal responsibility in organising your working hours and tours including the possibility of home office.
Attractive overall package: 5 weeks’ holiday and a modern company vehicle, of course also for private use. We discuss salary openly once we get to know each other – this much in advance: We know what a good field service employee is worth and pay accordingly.
Targeted further training: We will jointly find out where you want to develop in the long term and cover the costs of your further training.
Meals included: Free PrepMyMeal dishes as well as free drinks and coffee at our headquarters in Oensingen.
Strong team, real support: With your 17 future colleagues, we are big enough to make a noticeable impact in the market – and family-like enough that no one is left alone.
Have I Aroused Your Interest?
Then just send me your CV – we do not need a cover letter. I will personally review your documents and get back to you within five working days. In the first phone call, we will exchange information easily and see if the job suits you. If so, we will meet in person at our office in Oensingen.
