As a Network & Security Engineer, you support customers and technology partners with technical questions regarding modern network and cyber security solutions. You contribute your expertise to projects, analyse complex issues and ensure that technical solutions are successfully implemented.
The position is aimed at a technically skilled individual who enjoys engaging deeply with new technologies and actively shares their knowledge. Product training, technical presentations and close exchange with manufacturers complement the varied range of tasks.
Responsibilities:
Technical advice and support for partners regarding network and security products
Support with technical concepts, implementations and projects in pre- and post-sales
Conducting workshops, product demonstrations and technical training sessions
Troubleshooting and analysing complex network and security problems
Technical exchange and collaboration with manufacturers and other technology partners
Building and continuously expanding expertise in current security and network technologies
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training in IT, network or security or comparable qualification
Solid professional experience in ICT security and networking, for example with firewalls, routing/switching, WLAN or endpoint security
Interest in technical innovations and willingness to continuously familiarise yourself with new solutions
Strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach
Enjoyment of customer contact, knowledge transfer and collaboration in technical projects
Very good German skills and good English skills; French skills are a plus
