Export Clerk 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our client is an innovative Swiss company in the metal processing industry with an international focus. Responsibilities:
Record and process export orders.
Coordinate and monitor international deliveries.
Prepare shipping and customs documents.
Coordinate delivery dates with internal departments and customers.
Initiate transport orders for international shipments.
Organise the processing of returns.
Support the preparation of quotations.
Record and handle customer complaints.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
Professional experience in export or shipping processing.
Good knowledge of international goods traffic.
Experience with customs documents and export formalities.
Confident handling of delivery and shipping documents.
Good organisational skills in daily business.
Independent and precise working style.
Strong quality awareness and solution-oriented approach.
