Housing Specialist 80-90%

These are your tasks:

Complementing the team with a total of 9 children and adolescents
Support in an individual setting
Creating an active living environment for the children and adolescents together with the team
Empathetic support of children and adolescents with different disabilities
Close coordination with the team for a common educational approach and for jointly managing everyday challenges

What you bring with you:

Qualification as a care specialist or health specialist EFZ
Professional experience in supporting people with disabilities
Reliability, high resilience, and balanced personality
Observational skills and joy in supporting children and adolescents
