Your tasks:

• Preparation of flat-rate and time-based invoices
• Onboarding and support of new employees in property maintenance
• Support of property management
• General administrative and organisational tasks

Your profile:

• Commercial apprenticeship with federal certificate (EFZ)
• Independent, reliable and structured working style
• Good MS Office skills
• Interest in the real estate sector
• Further training as a property management clerk or in finance and accounting is an advantage
• Knowledge of Messerli software is a plus but not essential
