For our Research & Development department, we are looking for a

Chemist/Specialist in the Safety Laboratory (m/f/d)

• Determining safety-related basic data using various specialized devices such as reaction calorimeters, DSC, and adiabatic calorimeters
• Evaluating, interpreting, and documenting the corresponding measurement results
• Conducting various special tests to determine the mechanical and thermal sensitivity of substances and substance mixtures
• Advising on process safety questions and on defining appropriate measures for creating risk analyses

• Chemist with a university degree in organic or physical chemistry or related fields
• Very good theoretical and practical knowledge in the areas of organic synthesis and physical chemistry
• Experience in process safety or willingness to specialize in this area long-term
• Good communication skills in German (written and spoken) and English (advantageous)
• Independent, precise, and clean working style
