For our client, a modern service company with several locations in Switzerland, we are looking for a HR Specialist on a 80% basis from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement. You will take on a versatile role with a high degree of responsibility and can actively contribute your ideas. The workplace is easily accessible by car as well as by public transport.
Your tasks with the new employer
- You will manage operational HR work along the entire employee lifecycle and take on tasks in the areas of recruitment, personnel administration, onboarding, employee support, absence management and exits
- As a competent contact person, you will advise managers and employees on various HR issues and coordinate cooperation with social insurance and other internal and external bodies
- You will prepare the monthly payroll processing, ensure reliable handling of administrative HR processes and keep an overview even with various parallel topics
- You will proactively question and optimise existing HR processes, contribute to cross-cutting people & culture topics and use digital solutions as well as AI tools specifically to further develop efficient workflows
You offer your new employer
- You have a commercial basic education with further training in human resources, for example as an HR specialist, or a comparable education and several years of relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience in a versatile HR role, preferably in an SME, enable you to independently manage operational personnel matters and confidently deal with different stakeholders
- You communicate fluently in German and have good French skills at least at level B2, you are also proficient in MS Office and bring a high affinity for technology and AI
- An independent, structured and proactive way of working as well as empathy, assertiveness, resilience and entrepreneurial thinking characterise your personality
