In this versatile role, you will take on leadership responsibilities, support young people in their daily lives, and actively develop the programmes further.

your tasks

• Responsibility for the operation of the children and youth programmes, coordination of processes and quality assurance
• Leadership, support and assistance of the team as well as deployment planning
• Active leisure activities and support for young people in their concerns (low-threshold counselling and triage)
• Conceptual further development of the programme as well as implementation of projects
• Assumption of controlling and reporting tasks

• Completed training at a university of applied sciences in the social field (social work, socio-culture, social pedagogy) or comparable pedagogical qualification
• Experience in a similar role as well as strong methodological and social skills
• Enjoyment in shaping and further developing a lively programme
• Strong communication skills, resilience and solution-oriented approach
• Driving licence category B (trailer test category BE advantageous)
