M365 Specialist - On-Prem/M365/Exchange/Regulated Environment

Project:

For our client, we are looking for an experienced M365 Specialist who will comprehensively manage the Microsoft 365 environment, focusing on Purview, Security, Compliance, and Governance including configuration of Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for operation, administration, and development of the Microsoft 365 environment
• Design and implementation of governance, security, and compliance policies
• Setup, configuration, and operation of Microsoft Purview
• Configuration and governance integration of Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365
• Creation and maintenance of policies, processes, and documentation in the area of M365 Security
• 2nd-/3rd-level support, error analysis, and troubleshooting in the M365 environment

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Microsoft 365 administrator or system specialist
• Extensive practical experience with Microsoft Purview
• Solid experience in implementing and configuring governance, security, or compliance settings in Microsoft 365
• Proven experience in configuring governance, security, or compliance
• Understanding of data protection and compliance requirements and their technical implementation

Languages:

• Fluent German (C1 / C2 level)
• English at B2 level is desirable
