In this role, you take on the position as Deputy Team Leader in the areas of organisation, security, implementation of sales activities, and training of employees. Additionally, you have the option to take on the role of practical trainer.
Your tasks
- Deputising for the team leader in their absence
- Accompanying and coaching employees in customer conversations as well as supporting with valuable feedback
- Professionally promoting employees through practical mini-trainings and workshops
- Welcoming our customers in the customer hall
- Determining needs by considering individual wishes and goals as well as recognising potential
- Conducting comprehensive advisory discussions with private customers in the areas of accounts, saving, investing, and pension provision
- Accompanying our customers into the digital world
- Acquiring new customers as well as recognising and mediating further customer needs
- Handling cash transactions, currency exchange, and precious metal transactions as well as managing ATMs, recyclers, and safe systems
Your profile
- Completed commercial banking apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent banking qualification, as offered by CYP or other recognised institutes
- At least 4 years of practical professional experience in advising and selling financial and basic products in a bank
- Enjoyment of active customer advice and affinity for digital channels
- Your communicative, trustworthy manner and confident appearance benefit you in customer contact
- You score with your strong acquisition, sales, and service orientation
