We are a company with residential, day structure, and work placements for adults with disabilities. Over 650 people work in our facilities in Chur, Davos, Ilanz, Surava, and Tiefencastel.
We are looking for a specialist starting January 1, 2026, or by agreement, with the workplace in Chur.
You will be part of a team that is responsible for the organization and implementation of IV measures in our facilities on behalf of the IV. You will clarify the assignment with the IV office, support the insured person and the department heads in implementing the measure, and take over the reporting to the IV. Additionally, you will support and accompany retired employees in the sheltered workplace during their transition to the primary labor market.
