These tasks will inspire you

• Creation and processing of accounts receivable invoices for LANDI customers, agricultural customers, energy customers and fixed delivery customers as well as posting of incoming payments
• Support in monitoring and controlling the accounts receivable balance
• Execution of dunning procedures and active handling of payment reminders
• Recording and maintenance of accounts receivable data as well as various administrative tasks
• Supporting the finance specialists in various tasks such as recalculations, process optimisations, controls and reconciliations
• Mutual representation within the finance and administration team
• Support in the further development of processes and procedures
• Representation in the energy sector

We look forward to this profile

• Completed commercial basic training with a federal certificate of competence
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Numerical flair and precise working method
• Experience in accounts receivable accounting or a similar function
• Knowledge of agricultural production and processes desirable
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Cooperative collaboration with team members and internal departments
• Resident in the region
