An important part of our activities lies in the areas of customer service and sales. In the role of Customer Service Clerk, you have the opportunity to actively contribute your experience and knowledge in a forward-looking industry and thus significantly contribute to the expansion of the REMED business unit.

As a recognised expert in customer service and sales support, you will work together with your colleagues to ensure smooth order processing and handling, ensure that invoices are created and sent promptly, and ensure that our customers are served and advised professionally and competently.

By preparing offers and statistics, you support the sales field service in the defined sales area. For this, exchange and excellent rapport with colleagues from the sales field service and dispatch are essential. Language skills in Italian and/or French are desirable in addition to the required German.
