Quality Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Regularly review quality indicators and processes
Participate as a contact person for internal and external parties during audits
Analyse causes of quality issues and initiate measures
Professionally support product and process inspections
Record, evaluate and handle complaints
Support projects in implementing quality-related requirements
Update QM specifications and monitor their compliance
Coordinate continuous improvement measures across departments
Qualifications:
Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship
Further training in quality management and several years of professional experience
Practical knowledge of ISO standards, preferably ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
Experience with internal and external audit procedures
Good analytical skills and understanding of process interrelations
Independent, reliable and pragmatic working style
Ability to communicate quality topics clearly and authoritatively
Fluent communication skills in German and English
