What you can contribute

• Advising supervisors on all matters concerning the employee lifecycle
• Supporting supervisors with personnel budgeting
• Accompanying restructuring and transformation projects as well as actively participating in management meetings
• Responsibility for implementing HR processes in accordance with applicable standards and regulations
• Active involvement in the further development of HR processes within projects and working groups

What makes you unique

• Completed studies in Human Resources and Business Administration (FH/University) with a federal HR specialist diploma
• Several years of experience in HR consulting as well as in supporting organisational development and change processes
• Independent, team-oriented personality with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Performance- and solution-oriented working style, combined with agility, structure, resilience and high stress tolerance
• Very good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of two official languages and English, both spoken and written
