What you can contribute
- Advising supervisors on all matters concerning the employee lifecycle
- Supporting supervisors with personnel budgeting
- Accompanying restructuring and transformation projects as well as actively participating in management meetings
- Responsibility for implementing HR processes in accordance with applicable standards and regulations
- Active involvement in the further development of HR processes within projects and working groups
What makes you unique
- Completed studies in Human Resources and Business Administration (FH/University) with a federal HR specialist diploma
- Several years of experience in HR consulting as well as in supporting organisational development and change processes
- Independent, team-oriented personality with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Performance- and solution-oriented working style, combined with agility, structure, resilience and high stress tolerance
- Very good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of two official languages and English, both spoken and written
